The Problem

You showed up. You worked hard. You did everything right — and somehow, the path forward still isn't clear.

Maybe you've watched others get promoted or receive assignments you wanted while you stayed in place.

Maybe you're already in a leadership role and you're realizing that getting the rank was the easy part. Maybe the environment you're working in is toxic, and nobody at the top seems to want to address it.

What you needed — and what nobody gave you — was a game plan.

The Pain

You're ready to lead but no one has invested in developing you.

You're working in a toxic environment and don't know how to navigate it without losing yourself.

You've been promoted and the real challenge is just beginning — and you weren't prepared for it.

The Solution

Introducing 60 Minutes of Game: Career Excellence for Law Enforcement

This is not a motivational course. It is not theory. It is not content built for a corporate audience and repackaged for law enforcement.

60 Minutes of Game is built entirely from real experience — the assignments, the rivalries, the promotions, the toxic environments, the officers I invested in who went on to lead others. Every lesson is grounded in what actually happened, what it taught me, and what it will teach you.

The course is structured like a championship game — four quarters, each one building on the last. By the end, you will have the strategies, the tools, and the mindset to lead at a higher level. Whether you're preparing for your first promotion or you're already in command and doing the hard work of changing a culture that needs to change.

The Four Modules

This Course Is For You If...

You are a law enforcement officer who wants to be promoted and wants to be genuinely ready when it happens.

You are a new supervisor navigating the transition from peer to leader — and realizing it is harder than the exam.

You are a seasoned leader who wants a proven framework for the culture and people challenges that come with the rank.

You are working in a toxic environment and you want strategies that are grounded in reality, not corporate HR language.

You are a woman in law enforcement who has been told in some way — directly or indirectly — that this career is not for you. This course will tell you otherwise.

This Course Is Not For You If...

If you are looking for motivation without substance, a quick fix, or content that avoids the hard conversations — this is not the right course. 60 Minutes of Game goes to the difficult places because that is where the growth is.

FAQ INFORMATION

When does the course launch?

The course is launching soon. Waitlist members will be the first to know the exact date and will receive founding member pricing — $247 instead of the standard $297 — before enrollment opens to the public.

Is this course specific to one department or city?

No. The principles, stories, and strategies in this course apply across law enforcement agencies of every size. The challenges of taking initiative, embracing difficulty, investing in others, and navigating toxic environments are not department-specific. They are career-wide.

I'm already in a leadership role. Is this course for me?

Yes — and in some ways, this course is written specifically for you. Getting promoted is just the beginning. The real work starts when you have to lead. Modules 3 and 4 in particular — on investing in others and overcoming toxic culture — are designed for leaders who are already in the room and doing the hard work.

How long does it take to complete?

The course is self-paced. The video content totals approximately four hours across 20 lessons. Most students complete one module per week. You have lifetime access — so you can move at whatever pace your schedule allows.

What do I get when I enroll?

You get 20 video lessons across four modules, a full workbook for every module, plus additional downloadable tools including reference cards, self-assessments, planning templates, and assignment trackers. All materials are downloadable and yours to keep.

The game is already being played. The question is whether you're prepared for it.
