FOUNDER

The deck is stacked. The culture is tough. The promotional process feels designed to keep you out. And not many people are showing you the real path forward — until now.

I'm Sheronda Grant, a 24-year law enforcement executive who has helped 40+ officers successfully promote to detective, sergeant, lieutenant, and captain.

I founded my agency's Women in Law Enforcement Symposium from the ground up in support of the 30x30 initiative, and I train law enforcement professionals across Wisconsin on leadership development. I know what it takes to survive and advance in this profession because I've done it — four promotional levels, covert investigations, strategic patrol operations, and command-level responsibilities across multiple districts.

This platform gives you what drove my success: a proven system for promotional exam comprehension, real mentorship from someone who's lived it, and a community of people who refuse to settle for just surviving. Let's change the profession from the inside out.

ENCOURAGE WOMEN TO ENTER INTO THE FIELD OF LAW ENFORCEMENT

My Story

I didn't figure this out alone. I had people in my corner — law enforcement personnel who saw something in me worth developing, and my mother, who was a police officer herself. They were my mentors. They kept me engaged in the profession when it would have been easier to walk away. And most importantly, they kept me in check.

They told me the truth when I needed to hear it. They held me accountable. They showed me what real leadership looked like, and they refused to let me settle for anything less than my potential. That support — that investment in me as a person and as an officer — is the only reason I made it through several promotional levels and 24 years in this profession.

We Are Strong Enough exists because I know what a difference the right mentorship makes. I'm doing for others what was done for me — except now it's not just informal guidance for a lucky few. It's a system. It's a platform. It's scalable support for everyone who's ready to advance, lead, and change this profession from the inside out.
