Book Sheronda Grant to Speak or Train
Keynotes, workshops and leadership training for law enforcement agencies, conferences and academies, from a 24-year police leader who has led from patrol to command.
Sheronda Grant is a law enforcement executive, leadership instructor and the founder of We Are Strong Enough. In 24 years she has risen from aide to Inspector and Patrol Bureau Commander in a large metropolitan police department, served as her agency's Public Information Officer through some of its hardest moments, and mentored more than 40 officers to promotion.

She brings real command experience, practical tools and a community-rooted approach to every room, whether it's a recruit class, a supervisors' workshop or a conference keynote.
