Who we are

wearestrongenough.com is operated by If You're Strong Enough to be a Woman, You're Strong Enough to be a Cop! LLC, doing business as We Are Strong Enough, based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin ("we," "us," or "our"). We are a leadership development platform for ALL PEOPLE in, or preparing to enter, the law enforcement profession.

Information we collect

Information you give us:

• Contact and inquiry forms: your name, email address, phone number (if provided), organization, and the details of your message or booking request.

• Email and waitlist signups: your name and email address when you join our mailing list, subscribe to our newsletter, or join the waitlist for a course such as 60 Minutes of Game.

• Purchases: your name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number, and order details. Payments are processed by Wix Payments and PayPal. We do not see or store your full card number.

• Course, coaching and training participation: information you choose to share with us when you enroll in a course, coaching program or training.

Information collected automatically: When you visit our site, our website platform (Wix) and related tools automatically collect basic information such as your browser type, device, pages visited, the website that referred you, and general location (city or region). This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Respond to your messages and speaking, training or coaching inquiries

• Process, ship and support your orders, including returns and refunds

• Send you the newsletter, course updates or waitlist announcements you signed up for

• Deliver courses, coaching and training you have enrolled in

• Understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it

• Protect our website and business from fraud and misuse

• Meet our legal obligations

Email communications

If you join our mailing list or waitlist, we will send you emails related to what you signed up for. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. Even after you unsubscribe, we may still send you messages about an order or service you purchased.

How we share your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed for them to do their work. These include:

• Wix (website hosting, online store, forms and analytics)

• Wix Payments and PayPal (payment processing)

• UPS, USPS and FedEx (order fulfillment and delivery)

• Substack (newsletter delivery, if you subscribe there)

• Analytics and marketing tools we may use to understand how visitors use our site

We may also disclose information if required by law, to respond to a valid legal request, or to protect the rights, safety or property of our business, our community or others.

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device that help our site work and help us understand how it is used. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Some parts of the site, such as the shopping cart, may not work properly without them.

How long we keep your information

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, including to complete orders, maintain business and tax records, and meet legal requirements. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

We use reasonable safeguards, including secure (encrypted) connections and the security protections provided by our service providers. No website or online service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Delete your information, unless we need to keep it for a legal or business reason

• Stop sending you marketing emails

To make a request, email support@wearestrongenough.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy laws, and we will honor requests as required by applicable law.

Children's privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other websites

Our site links to other websites, such as Substack, LinkedIn and Facebook. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

TERMS OF USE

By using wearestrongenough.com or purchasing our products or services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Educational purpose — no guarantee of results

Our blog, newsletter, courses, coaching, promotional exam preparation, speaking and training are provided for educational and professional development purposes only. They reflect the experience and opinions of We Are Strong Enough and are not legal, medical, psychological, financial or human resources advice.

We do not guarantee any particular outcome, including passing a promotional exam, receiving a promotion, assignment or job offer, or achieving any specific career result. Past results of people we have mentored do not guarantee your results. Your success depends on many factors, including your own effort and your agency's policies and processes.

Independent platform

We Are Strong Enough is an independent business. The views shared on this site and through our programs are the founders own and do not represent the views or official positions of any law enforcement agency or government employer. Our materials do not replace your agency's policies, procedures, training or legal guidance. Always follow your department's rules and applicable laws.

All content on this site, including text, course materials, videos, graphics, logos, images and designs, is owned by If You're Strong Enough to be a Woman, You're Strong Enough to be a Cop! LLC., also doing business as We Are Strong Enough or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

"If You're Strong Enough to be a Woman, You're Strong Enough to be a Cop!®" is a federally registered trademark. It may not be used on any product, service or material without our written permission.

You may view and share links to our content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, distribute or create materials based on our content, including course or training materials, without our written permission.

Courses, coaching and training

Course and program access is for the individual who purchased it, unless we agree in writing to a group or agency license. Login information and course materials may not be shared. Specific terms for a course, coaching program, speaking engagement or agency training, such as schedules, fees, cancellations and refunds, will be provided at the time of purchase or in a written agreement. If those terms differ from these Terms of Use, the specific terms apply.

Products and orders

We try to display our products, colors and descriptions as accurately as possible, but colors may look slightly different on different screens. Prices and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel an order (for example, due to a pricing error or suspected fraud), and will refund any payment for a cancelled order. Acceptable use

When using our site, forms or comment features, you agree not to:

• Post or send content that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful or misleading

• Share confidential, sensitive or case-related information from any agency

• Attempt to hack, disrupt or misuse the website

Our site links to outside websites and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products or practices.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, If You're Strong Enough to be a Woman, You're Strong Enough to be a Cop! LLC, We Are Strong Enough, LLC and Sheronda Grant will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, our content, products or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that product or service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

SHIPPING POLICY

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships, with tracking information when available.

​

Shipping methods and costs

We ship using UPS, USPS or FedEx. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location. 

​

Estimated delivery after shipping: 5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather and holidays can affect delivery.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email us right away and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.

Lost or stolen packages

If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will help you file a claim with the carrier. We are not able to replace packages marked as delivered, but we will do everything we can to help you resolve it.

Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email support@wearestrongenough.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We will make it right with a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Bulk and agency orders

Ordering for an agency, unit, academy class or event? Email support@wearestrongenough.com for bulk pricing and shipping arrangements.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our 15-day return policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 15 days of delivery for a refund.

What can be returned

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused, unworn and unwashed

• In original condition and packaging, with any tags attached

These items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Personalized or custom items

• Gift cards / digital products such as eBooks 

How to start a return

1. Email support@wearestrongenough.com within 15 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.

2. We will reply with return instructions and the address to ship it to.

3. Ship the item back. Please do not send returns without contacting us first.

Return shipping: "Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect." We recommend a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within [5–10] business days. Your bank or card company may take additional time to post the refund. [Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.]

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Email us, and we will help you exchange the item if it is available. If it isn't, we will process a refund.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged, defective or wrong, please see "Damaged items" in our Shipping Policy above. We will replace it or refund you, including shipping costs.

Courses, coaching and training

Refund and cancellation terms for courses, coaching programs, speaking engagements and agency training are provided at the time of purchase or in your written agreement.

ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

We Are Strong Enough is committed to making our website usable for everyone, including people with disabilities. Building a profession where everyone has a fair path forward includes making sure everyone can access our resources.

Our standard

We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, a widely recognized standard for web accessibility.

What we are doing

• Adding descriptive text (alt text) to images

• Improving color contrast and text readability

• Making sure pages can be navigated with a keyboard and screen reader

• Reviewing new pages and products for accessibility before they go live

• Regularly testing the site and fixing issues we find

Where we are now

Accessibility is ongoing work. Some parts of our site may not yet be fully accessible, and we are actively making improvements. Some content, such as embedded videos or third-party tools, may be provided by outside services we do not fully control.
